RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Ages 25 to 35 years old
- Graduate of industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food & Dietetics or equivalent
- Board Passer or with License is an advantage
- With at least 2 years in experience in the same field
- Knowledgeable in Food Costing
- Strong R & D project management experience
- Proficient in project management concept
- Expert in formulating and conducting production trials and shelf life studies on new products
- Knowledgeable in sourcing materials
- Expert in reformulating existing products to lower cost, to improve existing products or to fit customer specifications
- With strong recommendation skills (rejection or acceptance of new raw materials)
- Knowledgeable in Process trainings
- Expert in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SQMS (Standard Quality Management System)
- Good Communication and Numeracy skills
- With youthful spirit
