Main Responsibilities:
- Creating training manuals and taking charge of the training of new candidates
- Motivating and inspiring trainees to surpass their potential
- Monitoring of Attendance and Performance Metrics of trainees
- Perform Quality Assurance checks for employees
- Generating necessary reports
- Providing updates and feedback to upper management

Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Bachelors’ degree, preferably English-language related courses and/or management courses
- With at least two (2) years call center experience, one (1) year as a QA analyst / trainer or similar position
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and the Internet
- Above-average listening and analytical skills
- With desire to lead and be part of a diverse team
- Must be willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedules
