HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
- The human resources officer is responsible for administering HR policies and programs for Teradyne's Philippine employees.
- The successful candidate will deploy training and development programs, oversee employee recruitment, participate in remuneration surveys and internal salary review processes, network with human resource practitioners in similar industries to keep abreast of HR trends and work with internal and external contacts to ensure the implementation of health and safety policies within the facility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferably with knowledge of Oracle HRIS systems and previous work experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Philippine employment laws
