PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
- The production supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of a business unit in Teradyne's repair operations including the proper utilization of company assets and upkeep of the surrounding work environment.
- Directly reporting to the repair operations manager, he/she will:
• Determine and allocate resources (manpower, systems, materials and machines) to achieve production requirements
• Implement operating policies and procedures
• Create strategic initiatives to ensure that the business unit's goals are met within defined quality and cost metrics
• Coordinate with other repair operation units and related groups such as logistics, planning, finance and human resource
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with different levels of position in the organization
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to effectively manage a group of 25 to 35 technical professionals
