PURCHASING OFFICER

Responsibilities:
• Performs and supervises technical work that will support procurement of supplies
and services in various construction projects.
• Canvasses prices, negotiates with suppliers, and coordinates with end users for specifications and requirements.
• Prepares, controls, and reviews procurement documents and reports.
• Monitors status of orders to expedite delivery and payment.
• Understands and reviews service or supply contracts and can negotiate terms
and conditions.

Requirements:
• Preferably a graduate in Civil Engineering (licensed or not), but not required.
• At least 2 years of working experience as Purchasing Officer or equivalent, preferably in construction industry.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has unquestionable integrity and moral character.
