ENGINEERING MANAGER

Job Descriptions:
• Coordinate and direct projects to engineering design team.
• Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
• Interface daily with U.S. managers and customers to discuss
project specifications and requirements.
• Create documents and parametric models related to the design
engineering function, such as, assembly drawings, detail drawings, and bills of material.
• Perform mechanical, structural, and design analysis.
• Analyze technology and resource needs in order to plan and assess
the feasibility of projects.
• Develop operating procedures and standards for all engineering activities.
• Provide timely reports of project status, product performance,
and compliance to standards.

Qualifications:
• A 5-years degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years experience managing engineering/design team.
• 3D design ability in any 3D design software i.e. SolidWorks, ProE,
Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, Catia, UniGraphics, etc.
• Experience performing FEA analysis.
• Must be able to speak and write in English proficiently.
