FACILITIES ENGINEER

Job Summary:
- The Facilities Engineer maintains and secures all components and aspects related to building/facility maintenance, safety and security (e.g., structural, electrical, plumbing, fine furnishings, equipment, facilities, furniture fixtures, repair, cleanliness, safety, security, premises maintenance, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- With at least 5 years experience in building and facility maintenance in the areas of safety and security, mechanical, sanitary, electrical and other facility structures and systems
- Knowledge in building & safety requirements and Occupational Safety and Health standards
- Has strong leadership, planning & organizational skills
