BUILDING ENGINEER
- The candidate is responsible for the strict monitoring, repair and maintenance of building facilities and equipment to provide superior service to the clients.

Qualifications:
- Male, graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Not more than 35 years old
- With 1 to 5 years experience in building maintenance
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial plant equipment such as air conditioning,
elevators, pumps, operable windows, roof systems and plumbing would be an advantage
- High level of maturity , initiative and resourcefulness
- Possess a strong sense of urgency
- Can work with less supervision
