This position is responsible for coaching and supporting Team Supervisors in a Service Center/Operations environment. Qualifications:
• Male or Female with pleasing personality
• Must be a graduate of any Business related course
• Excellent in oral and written communication
• Proficient in various software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Self-starter, detail oriented, highly organized and pro-active
• Result oriented and highly analytical
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Honest and with high sense of integrity
• Must be willing to work overtime
• Related work experience is an advantage
