REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, License in these courses is a plus.
* 3-years experience as a Property Supervisor or Technical Assistant in the Property Management field.
* Experience in call center environment is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of electrical and building codes.
* Experience in managing functional groups.
* Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
* Skilled working in a customer service or call center environment.
* Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
* Full-Time positions available.
