DESIGN MANAGER (Code: DM)

Responsibilities:
• Review design documents for hotel project and prepare brief
• Manage the performance of the concept design and scheme design in accordance with deliverables and schedule of the project programme.
• Ensure design concept and practices are in accordance to factory practices

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in work interior design preferably in a major firm
• Background in furniture design and manufacturing
• Graduate of BS Architecture or Interior Design
• Good technical and concept understanding
• Able to do free hand sketches
• Able to understand design intent
• Good eye for scale and proportion
