DORMITORY MANAGER

Responsibilities
The Dormitory Manager overseas all aspects of the dormitory operations including: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and transportation services. In addition, this individual will act as the liaison for the student and guests.

Requirements
- Male / Female, single
- Preferably 30 to 40 years old
- Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Institution's management, hospitality services, foods and nutrition, business administration or other related discipline
- At least one (1) year of working experience in dormitory, hotel or hospitality industry required
- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written and demonstrate outstanding leadership
- Knowledge of the different departments/positions in the organization and how they relate to each other
- Good command of English proficiency
- Ability to grasp processes
- Good in decision making and can work with less supervision
