It was founded by two US-based engineers with product development and technical support experience for PC/Server motherboards, telecommunications, High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) systems as well as computer networking.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has excellent English communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese Language is a plus
- Customer-oriented, organized and a team player
- Has strong problem solving ability
- Willing to work on shifts
- Willing to work in Cebu
- Internet savvy
- College Level / College Graduate are welcome to apply
- Technical Degree / Experience is a plus (but not required)
