BPO OPERATIONS MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree holder in any field.
- 2 to 4 years experience in a production environment with the necessary skills to manage over 50 staff.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and SQL Server. Microsoft certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Able to initiate projects and work with little to no supervision.
- Must have a sense of urgency and responsibility.
SALARY RATE
Php35,000.00 per month depending on experience
