BUILDING OPERATIONS OFFICER

Job Summary:
- The Building Operations Officer shall administer and manage all components and aspects related to building operations (i.e., building administration and maintenance, housekeeping, food and beverage, marketing, customer relations, and security

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably with background in Marketing/Management
- With experience in marketing or management
- Experience in building administration is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- With skills in problem-solving, planning and organizing, supervision, and coordination
