Job Description:

Support a programming team by providing management of the non-programming aspects of the software development process, such as requirements management, project management, and quality assurance.

ROLES:

1. Requirements Management

* Ensure that project requirements are documented and that the documentation completely covers the scope of the project.

* Will primarily involve the drafting of Use Case documents and verifying their acceptability with both customers and programmers.

2. Project Management

* Ensure that requirements are built and delivered on schedule.

* Will involve creating project plans and following up with programmers on assigned tasks.

3. Quality Assurance

* Verifying that work produced meets requirements.

* Will involve drafting test plans, managing a team of software testers, and the use of issue-tracking software.

Requirements:

• Self-learner.
• Self-manager.
• Disciplined, organized.
• Highly analytical.
• Optional: Familiarity with Agile Methodologies

RECOMMENDED TO HAVE:

# 1+ years experience as a Project Manager and or a Business Analyst
# 1+ years IT experience working on application or infrastructure projects
# 1+ years SDLC experience.
# Gathering business requirements, documenting requirements, and working with the development teams to understand the end users needs.
# Requirements Management experience
# Methodology experience using UML
# Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
# Experience with project risk, defect and issue management.
# Experience in Change Management, Software Configuration Management, and Quality Management.
# Effective communication between business units and IT.
