Qualifications:
• College graduate, 25 – 35 years old
• With at least two years of actual exposure in HR environment as officer/supervisor
• Has strong background in any of the following:
*** Talent Acquisition (Talent bank building and maintenance)
*** Training and Development
*** Employee/Labor Relations
*** Organizational Development
• Ready and willing to accept broader responsibilities
• Intellectually and emotionally mature
