CALL AGENTS

We are currently hiring call agents with the following qualifications:
* At least 18 to 26 years of age
* Must be able to speak and understand conversational English, Tagalog & Cebuano
* Must be familiar with the retail trade areas of Cebu
* Must be efficient, fast learner and a team player
* Preferably with experience working in a fast food industry
* Preferably with an inbound call center exposure and experience
* With excellent customer service skills
* Must have a high energy level and no work hour restrictions
* Must have customer service orientation
* Must be computer literate
* Forward thinking / Proactive
